Return Policy

PLEASE NOTE: To begin the return process you must first fill out the form below. The form is a request for an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number. All products sent back to us without prior authorization will result in a 50% restocking fee in addition to any shipping charges. We gladly accept returns, however the return process must be followed correctly. Thank you for understanding.

All custom/special orders may not be cancelled once the production process begins. Additionally, custom/special orders cannot be returned for any reason.

All products sent back to Littman Bros and/or the manufacturer without prior authorization will result in a 50% restock fee.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it for a refund. Please note that returns are subject to a 25% restock fee and any shipping costs associated with your order. If your order was eligible for free shipping, the shipping charges will be deducted from the final refund. All returns must be completed within 30 days of your purchase.

Please follow the guidelines listed here to ensure a proper return:

  1. The goods must be in their original cartons and have not been installed. They may be taken out of the box to view, but cannot have been installed for any reason unless arrangements are made prior to the sale. We are not responsible for any labor costs as a result of defective or incorrect items.
  2. You are responsible for the return freight back to us. All returns will be credited for the item(s) only. We do not refund for any shipping or handling charges from your original order.
  3. Contact us using the form below. After completion of the form, an RGA number will be issued in addition to any other instructions. Items returned without an RGA number or prior notice will result in delayed processing. You will receive an RGA number within 2-4 business days upon completion of the form.
  4. Returned items must arrive back in new condition including the box. Do not mark the packaging in any way. Write the RGA Number on the shipping label.
  5. THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURNED ITEM UNTIL IT IS IN OUR POSSESSION. Items lost or damaged during return freight are the responsibility of the customer. A refund will not be issued if the items are lost or damaged.
  6. Upon inspection of the returned items, a refund will be issued. We do not cover restocking or shipping fees for returns.
  7. Please allow 7-14 days for a refund to be issued. Refunds will be issued to the purchasing credit card.
