Shipping Information
All orders placed through www.littmanbros.com will include FREE DHL Ground shipping for any order amount over $100.00. For orders less than $100.00, a $10.00 handling fee will be assessed during checkout.
We ship to the lower 48 states through DHL exclusively with the exception of items too large to be shipped via method. (Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico not included). For customers in these areas, please call us toll free at 888-930-4983 ext. 1. We will be glad to assist you with your shipping options.
* We also do not ship to any PO Boxes, AP or FPO address.
Truck Freight:
All over sized items that cannot ship via DHL will need to be delivered by truck freight. Truck shipments will be assessed an additional $150.00 fee during checkout. Truck deliveries will be delivered “curbside” and will require you to remove the item(s) from the truck with the assistance of the driver. Processing:
All orders placed through Littmanbros.com are processed and entered into our system within 1 business day. Due to the large selection we offer, it is impossible to stock every item in every finish. In many cases items are delivered within a 2 week time frame from the date of the order; however, many items may ship within days of being placed depending on stock levels. If you need shipment immediately, please call 888-930-4983 for the current availability and shipping options.
Orders will be shipped as goods are available whether they are in stock or need to be ordered from the manufacturer. You will be notified of the status after your order has been processed within our system. Orders may be shipped in multiple or partial shipments from Littman Bros. or directly to you from the manufacturer.
Please refer to your account (if you registered with us prior to or during checkout) to the emails you will receive from us as to the latest status of your order. Our system will automatically update your account any time your order status changes and you will be emailed this information.
Lead Times:
All lead times for items not in stock are estimates based on the typical availability from the respective manufacturer. Please note that these are our best estimates and do not constitute any guarantee on the part of LittmanBros.com. LittmanBros.com will not be held responsible for expedited shipping charges stemming from manufacturers' error or any delay in the production or shipping of any items that aren't in stock in our warehouse.
