Littman Bros. Lighting and www.littmanbros.com is located and operates in Illinois. By law, any sale shipped to an Illinois address will be charged 9% sales tax. Any orders shipped to an address outside of Illinois are exempt from sales tax.
While we strive to ensure the accuracy of all of the information on LittmanBros.com, unfortunately a mistake may occasionally slip through the cracks.
Littman Bros. will not be held responsible for errors in pricing, description text, pictures and availability or delivery schedules posted online.
*Our price match guarantee is limited to the manufacturers pricing policy. Minka Group products, including Minka Aire, Minka Lavery, Metropolitan, George Kovacs, Hubbardton Forge, Landmark, ELK, Dimond, and Quoizel are not a part of the price match guarantee due to the manufacturer's pricing policies.

In the event that you receive damaged merchandise after opening a shipment, please contact us through our contact form and we will gladly assist you. Generally, replacement glass and any miscellaneous parts can often ship within a few business days in an effort to correct problems quickly and efficiently.
We ask that all shipments be inspected upon delivery and that any damage be reported to us immediately. Claims of damage after 10 days may be subject to a restocking fee. If the damaged merchandise requires a full replacement and cannot be rectified with sending replacement parts, we will issue a FED EX call tag to pick up the damaged item and will reship you a new one as soon as possible.
Please note that we either need to charge you for the replacement (which you'll be refunded for once we receive your return. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this causes.
Any damaged merchandise needs to be returned to Littman Bros. Lighting and NOT back to the respective manufacturer. We cannot follow returns made to other locations and no credit will be issued in those situations.
Littman Bros. proudly stands behind the products that we sell, and we guarantee the items you order to be free from defects through the manufacturer for (1) year after your purchase date. If at any time within that year you have any problems with the operation of your item, please give us a call at 877-237-9098 or email us and we'll be more than happy to either send any replacement parts or replace the defective item entirely based on the situation.
